WHY PIVOT FITNESS

My goal is to teach clients how to be autonomous in maintaining a healthy and balanced life. However, the concept of training is easy but the implementation is a struggle beyond anything we as humans are comfortable with. It goes against human nature to willingly engage in a struggle, yet we do it because of a need for change. We gravitate towards complacency because it is easy and comforting. It is my job to challenge my clients and support them through this struggle to secure their success. When obstacles arise, my first goal is to identify what is causing their distress and feelings of defeat.

A client's "why" is rarely the same but the theme is; to live a fulfilling life within themselves and the people they love. With this knowledge I work to find solutions and problem solve ways to maneuver through the struggle. Once we acknowledge the need for a change we can create a clear plan on how to overcome these obstacles as a team.

FITNESS EVALUATION

$50

The Fitness Assessment consists of a 3 site body composition test, circumference measurements, resting heart rate, flexibility testing and a full body functional movement screen to assess the clients beginning physical mobility. Goal setting and a Q&A session will follow the conclusion of the testing.

 

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Private sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability level, your understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment. Personal Training sessions are 1 hour each.

JUMP START

  • 5 sessions for $300

A LA CARTE

  • Single sessions $75 each

  • 5+ sessions $60 each

  • 15+ sessions $55* each

 

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

This includes a complete health history evaluation and fitness evaluation as well as goal setting. From the information gathered will be used to create a 12-week fitness routine and nutritional program designed specifically tailored to you and your lifestyle. Programs are online based and are completed independently with 24/7 access to me for on-going support.
