towards physical fitness and optimal physical wellness

My name is Nathan Juarez, five years ago I finally took the leap and decided to make changes in my life to improve my personal health and well-being. I have always been intrigued with fitness and physical advancement and obtained my certification in personal training. I immediately dove into my new trade discovering how far the human body can develop and what it can achieve. I have transformed my own life from living a sedentary lifestyle where I was overweight and struggled with day to day activities because of it. Within a year after starting my journey I had lost the excess weight, built healthy habits, and have developed a positive self image for myself. Two years into my fitness journey I participated in my first bodybuilding competition, placing 4th in my division for Classic Physique. Today, I am able to live healthy and pain free allowing me to engage in a number of old and new hobbies in and out of the gym like hiking, camping and competitive bodybuilding.

My goal is to share my knowledge and achievements with others so that they might reach their own goals, surpass their own expectations, and live a happier and healthier life. Together we would work to develop into the best you can be.
